    @Science at Sheffield: In the competition clips she does double forward somersault with a 1½ spin on the second rotation. How, considering conservation of momentum, can she start the 1½ spin mid-air? Gymnast myself, and I can do it too, less elegant, so I can tell you how I'd do it, but I haven't found the physics explanation for why that should work :P

    I feel like your missing the most important aspect of what makes a trampoline work. Much like a swing in a tree it works because you are adding energy at its resonate frequency. If you stand still I bet your first jump will never be higher than on the ground. You need to pump your legs or jump at resonate frequency a few times to get any higher. Now try to get higher by jumping at a different rhythm. You will never go very high.

      Hey there, i am a student of Biotechnology and i got the offer for this course for my postgrad. Answering your question, no we don’t do dissections as all the cells we need, especially the inner tissue lining cells are provided to us by other institutions. However we may get a sample tissue for Biomolecule isolations but that doesn’t include dissection. Hope that clears your question.

    • @Biomeducated
      @Biomeducated 5 лет назад

      There's tons of options: medical lab scientist (hematology, pathology, immunology, biochemistry, microbiology), typically in a hospital or in a private lab. You can do research in research labs for the government, for private (bio)pharma companies. You can go into a more sales function by selling medical equipment, you can become a medical writer, you could become a teacher, you could progress to a PhD and do academic research, you can go in clinical trials as a CRA or a clinical trial manager... plenty of options ;) I'm planning on making videos on these job roles on my own channel. Cheers!

      @Rohith Krishna Yes, to make/produce it you better become a Biomedical Engineer. But to sell it for instance, as a technical sales manager or something, I'm pretty sure you can get a job like that with a Biomedical Science background as well :)
